The puffy sleeves can be wear on or off the shoulders and are adorned with lace trim. The body and skirt are made of soft chiffon and the hem of the skirt is finished with a beautiful french lace. The skirt is lined with light cotton and the top front part is also lined with a soft cotton while the back is sheer.
