 Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping may vary depending on your order. We strive to do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days.



 Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


We are responsible for your lovely new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.  Think Pink Bows is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or even misdirected shipments by the carrier.  International customers will be responsible for any and all customs fees.

All sales are final. Our dresses they can be exchange for a different size or store credit if you need something different. We inspect all dresses returned for an exchange or credit and reserve the right to deny a exchange or credit based in the item condition. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund Custom made orders are non-returnable. For other order a 20% re stock fee may be applied. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

We are confident that you will absolutely love your Think Pink Bows order, but if you are unsatisfied, please let us know and we can address your concerns.  Please email for all questions, concerns, or returns.   The purchased items must be returned as new, unworn, with the original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the items.  Custom made orders are non-returnable. Store Credit can take up to 10 days for processing.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders such as headbands or hair bows, or custom dresses.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If items are not sent back within the allowed time we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee.
